I spend a lot of time in this part of the state. It is very much Trump country. The Second Amendment is a big issue , but it is not the only one. Democrats have been losing their appeal out here since the early 1960s, when the national democrats finally turned away from Jim Crow. Race and immigration will continue to play well for the right.

Fuck the outdated, rich people get to keep theirs and fuck yours, Second Amendment.
Without enacting workable solutions for gun violence, especially mass shootings in public places and suicides, it's all meaningless.
36 mass shootings, five mass murders, and over 1,500 suicides by January 23, 2023. Our nation is sick and it ain't getting any better anytime soon.
