Blame a lot of that decline on crash of the house building market, the exportation of a lot of manufacturing and food production and a continuing tightening of the W2 paperwork regulations.

And I see the need for busboys and office cleaners in Mass and Maryland, but what are all the wetbacks doing in LA. Nawlins tourism industry?
