it seems to me, from my limited nipple twisting experience, that there is definitely a fine line between 'oh yes, twist my nipple real hard' and 'ouch, that's too fucking hard'. That's the problem with 2 year olds, they just don't understand pain related orgasms.
Maybe he thought that nipples were like a muffler bracket on a '32 ford. I'm sure there is a logical explanation....
