I only watched "Pee Pee Monster Attacks Barnes And Noble Bookstore 1", and was disappointed that he neglected the baby changing station. Are these in chronological order? Does his commitment to the art progress?

I don't know if his "art' progresses or not; I only watched a few of them. I was fascinated by the idea that there was a serial bathroom pisser out there who documented his actions. This is the same sort of compulsion to commit a repetitive outrage and document it that one finds in serial killers or serial rapists.
