I just moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ.... They don't do it there. Quit signing petitions and move to the land of sun, water and palm trees.

Honestly DST??? A timer doesn't know or care what time it is. If it says 4:00am, set it for 5:00am and run away. Screw what the "real" time is.
