Sorry for the late reply, been a busy time.  I should be around more during the next couple weeks.

Maybe it was your password manager?  SpacePuppy and DmtDusty are separate accounts, though they both are associated with the same e-mail address.  It's a little awkward, as the password reset screen asks for your e-mail address (not your username), and if it's associated with more than one account I don't know what happens.

I reset the password for DmtDusty and sent you e-mail about it.

Note that with Gmail, you can use a + to add a custom distinguishing part.  For example, example+foo@gmail.com and example+bar@gmail.com both go to the account example@gmail.com.  This could be a way to have unique e-mail addresses with the two accounts.  (Of course, you would have to remember you did that.)
