Yeah it's mushy but what the hell I love it.  Jack Hoffman was adopted by the University of Nebraska football team a few years back, diagnosed with probable terminal brain cancer the young men on the team led by (now graduated senior) Rex Burkhead rallied around to try and make a difference.  Jack, who is now seven, loves Husker football.  Oddly the team banned outsiders and media the from the final few practices of spring training this year.
